Q. I have registered but not received my id and password. What should I do?
Wait for sometime. Then in your mailbox, check your spam folder to see whether our mail has entered in your spam list. If you don't find any mail, then you can request again for the id and password by giving your email address in Forgot password in login page.
Q. Is my data secure?
We do rigorous white and black box testing to ensure the security of your data. So, you can be quite assured of security of your data. See terms of usage for more details.
Q. Is my data safe?
gcollab is hosted in a safe environment. The server(s) are having multiple harddisks with RAID. Also, database backup is taken and kept at a remote location almost daily. So, the chance of data loss is virtually nil. See terms of usage for more details.
